Sal Lares knows the flooring industry from the ground up—because that’s where he began. With over 20 years of hands-on experience doing labor in the field, Sal has lived the day-to-day challenges of the job. He spent years visiting retail stores to pick up supplies, and what stood out most was how good customer service could make all the difference. He knew he could offer that same treatment—and even more.
That belief led him to start Prime Coatings, a family-owned business built on real experience, hard work, and a commitment to service. From day one, Sal’s goal has been simple: make customers feel valued, supported, and confident in every purchase. If there’s an issue, we don’t just offer a fix—we find the right solution.
